The Group Cyber Defense team has launched the execution of a global Cyber Defense Program - the "Security Operations Center (SOC) Transformation" - that aims at improving the way anticipates, detects and reacts to Cyber Attacks. This program is followed directly by the client Global Top Management (Board & MC) and cover all entities globally (50+ countries).

The Security Operations Center (SOC) Transformation Program Management is looking for the service of a Senior Project Management Consultant to drive a delivery of several projects to improve security detection & response by bringing more automation and extending the SOC coverage to a new entities assets.

The tasks for the service or stream lead service are to define, organize and closely follow the activities and deliveries to reach workstreams objectives as defined with Program manager and main stakeholders:

- Service with Planning and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Service for Developing project schedules and resource allocation plans
- Service for Defining project progress KPIs and tracking governance
- Service for coordinating and driving project team members (Architects, Subject Matter Experts, Service Providers…)
- Service with Monitoring project progress and performance
- Service for Communication with stakeholders and expectation management
- Service to Facilitate communication between various team members and stakeholders on topics associated to workstreams
- Service for identifying and resolving project issues and risks
- Service for Reporting on project status, risks, issues and outcomes to Program Manager and other relevant stakeholders
- Service for driving regular project governance and follow up meetings
- Service to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Service to ensure adherence to Group & CyberDefense project management best practices and methodologies
