Consultant (DLP) Microsoft et Symantec

Context

The team:
Cyber Defense DLP offer meets the client Group entities needs to comply with Group Requirements and reduce their data leakage risk exposure. Cyber Defense DLP offer provides:
* A coherent and globally consistent protection against data leakage risk
* Help reduce local spend and performing as a global service across the organization
* Comply with Group Security and legal/regulatory requirements


The DLP Consultant will be joining the Product team and working on Microsoft and Symantec initiatives in the perimeter of the DLP product (relying on Microsoft & Broadcom technology)
* The Microsoft and Symantec DLP Consultant works for product delivery, product compliance with the client standards, operational run and prioritization & functional consistency of the backlog.?
* The Microsoft and Symantec DLP Consultant refers to DLP Product Manager in accordance with Product Line Manager strategy & guidelines.


Scope of Services - The Service will do the following,

Communicate the product vision with team members and through exchanges with relevant stakeholders

*Maximize the customer and business value in the team's achievements
*Update daily basis the backlog according to business and relevant stakeholder value
*Ensure the Product is operated E2E in compliance with the client standards (Project/Program, Build, Run and Continuous Improvement)
*Follow the product Roadmap and cascade it to relevant stakeholders
*Participate to product governance with Entity (expectation, satisfaction)
*Assist the product promotion and marketing strategy
*Follow agile methodologies and continuous improvement processes to optimize product development and delivery

We are looking for someone who has already a few years in a same mission on a bank or assurance field.


Required and Desired Skills



• DLP Experience:


• Strong experience in implementing and managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions, especially with Microsoft and Symantec (Broadcom) technologies.


• Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies:


• Proficiency with Microsoft security solutions such as Microsoft Information Protection, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Azure Information Protection.


• Knowledge of Symantec Technologies:


• Experience with Symantec DLP products, including configuration, policy management, and incident resolution.


• Cybersecurity:


• Good understanding of cybersecurity principles, security standards, and industry best practices.


• Project Management:


• Project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor the progress of security initiatives.



Functional Skills:



• Compliance and Regulation:


• Knowledge of compliance requirements and data protection regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, etc.


• Risk Management:


• Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate data security risks.


• Problem-Solving and Analysis:


• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex data protection issues.



Methodology Skills:



• Agile Methodologies:


• Experience with agile methodologies and continuous improvement processes to optimize product development and delivery.


• Backlog Management:


• Ability to manage and prioritize the backlog based on business value and stakeholder feedback.
